Reviews and Ratings
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The location is superb, right next to the CIBC Theater, but other aspects fell short. The rooms, although clean and roomy, could use a bit of an update. The service was excellent, with helpful staff and great tips, but the dining experience was typical and not extraordinary. Despite some flaws, the facilities were adequate, offering a pleasant stay overall.
I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The room was incredibly spacious and well cleaned, although it did tend to get a little crowded. The service was top-notch, from letting me in through the side door to providing valuable tips for my visit. The location couldn't have been better, being so close to Millennium Park, the Navy Pier, and many other attractions. The dining experience was satisfactory, although the space was a bit cramped at times. Overall, a fantastic stay with a few minor drawbacks.
Upon arriving at the hotel, I found the rooms to be very quiet, super spacious, and luminous, which was fantastic. The rooms were comfortable and clean, though a bit too dark for my liking. The hotel staff was always friendly, courteous, and informative, making my stay enjoyable. The location was ideal for exploring the Theater District, with easy access to nearby attractions like the Chicago Art Museum and Millennium Park. The dining experience offered a good selection, though the breakfast area could get congested at times. Overall, great value for money with a few minor drawbacks.
